Student Accommodation
NCAD campus is located in the Liberties in Dublin 8. The campus is a short walk to the city centre, and is well served by public transport bus and tram networks.
NCAD does not offer on-campus accommodation.
A number of dedicated student residences are located close to our Thomas Street campus, as well as private rented accommodation and student house shares.
NCAD Accommodation Network is a Facebook group operated by NCAD Students’ Union, connecting accommodation seekers with people offering accommodation in the Dublin area.
We recommend all students review accommodation before making any payment. NCAD is very accessible by public transport and some students choose to live outside of Dublin.
Students who pay rent in a tenancy registered with the Residential Tenancies Board can receive a €500 tax credit per year. Since October 2022, parents who pay rent for their children are now entitled to the renter’s tax credit too.
