Medical Services

Doctor appointments take place off-campus at Thomas Court Medical Centre.

Medical Services are not available until September. 

During term time, Medical Services for NCAD Students are provided at the following times: 

Please contact the Student Information Desk on 01 636 4200 to make an appointment. You can also make an appointment in person at the Student Information Desk if you wish. 

Fees:

• There is a €10 charge* to see the doctor or nurse.
• We can only accept card payments. You can pay in person or over the phone.
• This charge must be paid in full by card at Reception or over the phone before an appointment will be confirmed. Receipts will be issued.
• If you book an appointment and fail to attend you are still liable to pay the €10 fee. 

Receipts:

• Receipts are issued to all students who book in person. 
• For those who book by phone, receipts will be held on file until the last day of the Final Degree Show. 
• We will reissue a receipt by request at the desk or by email. 

*Students who receive an Access Grant are exempt from this charge. The €10 fee is waived if it is a repeat consultation within two weeks for the same condition.
