IT Support Helpdesk
The IT Support helpdesk is open from 9.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday (please note that priority is given to students from 1.30pm to 4.00pm during term time).
Due to restricitons IT will be unable to provide a drop-in service for Staff and Students.
You will now be required to log a ticket in the firat instance
- If an IT technician requires you to be present with your device you will be allocated an appointment time and location (not the IT office).
- Please ensure device is sanitized prior to appointment time.

If an IT technician is required to setup or configure technology within your workspace please ensure the workspace has been cleaned and if possible, the space is unoccupied (unless the IT technician requests you to be present).
Please do not stop by the IT Office or work areas of IT staff for assistance without prior scheduled approval.

Please use the same username and password that you use for the WiFi and Print system, to access the IT Helpdesk.
