IT Support Helpdesk
The IT Support helpdesk is open from 9.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday (please note that priority is given to students from 1.30pm to 4.00pm during term time).
IT Support helpdesk is located on the ground floor of the Administration Building.
Log a ticket
To log a ticket to the IT Helpdesk please click the Helpdesk icon.

Please use the same username and password that you use for the WiFi and Print system, to access the IT Helpdesk.
This ticketing system may only be accessed on campus. If you need to log a ticket outside of NCAD please use the email function which is covered in the instructions above.
