Magazines and Journals
Digital Magazines
NCAD students and staff can access digital magazines through the Flipster app, which includes a wide range of titles from a variety of publishers. It is accessible via a web browser or the app made specifically for Apple or Android devices, and the Kindle Fire tablet. With Flipster, users can download magazines to read offline, anytime, anywhere!
To access Flipster, you need to download the app from the iTunes App store or Google Play Store while on the college wifi. When prompted, select the National College of Art and Design as your library on the app and follow the instuctions to login.
Once this is completed you can browse, search, and download popular magazines to read offline and access an audio version of articles for each magazine. You can also read articles in text view, tap highlighted areas to jump to articles and related websites and bookmark articles you find on the app.
