All graduates must pre-book robes with the official robe-makers, Phelan Conan Ltd before midnight Tuesday 28th November 2023.

The pre-paid hire fee is €45 or Pay on the day hire fee is €50

(The pay on the day hire fee can be made by scanning our QR code on the day,  Cash will not be accepted)

Due to the implementation of a personal 3D secure password during the credit card payment process on https://www.phelanconan.com  Phelan Conan Ltd staff are no longer able to take bookings over the phone. This has been created to protect your online payments and if you don’t already have a 3D secure password you can activate it by following the simple instructions during the booking process.  If you experience any further problems with 3D secure process, please contact your bank.

Robes can be collected in O’Reilly Hall on the day of your ceremony at the below times:

• From 9am Friday 1st December for those attending the 11am ceremony
• From 11.30am Friday 1st December for those attending the 3pm ceremony

All gowns must be returned to Phelan Conan as soon as possible after the conclusion of the ceremony

Lafayette Photographers will be located on the UCD campus, in the O’Reilly, on the 1st December 2023 to take professional individual and family portraits.

Please visit their website www.lafayette.ie to pre-book now. Pre-booking is highly recommended for your photography session.

Photography will be open from 09:00am on the day and the studios close approximately 90 minutes after the last ceremony concludes.
