Congratulations to 2018 Visual Communication Graduate Saoirse Suvari ….
The 2018 British Book Design and Production Awards were held at the Montcalm Marble Arch Hotel in London on 22 November 2018.
Visual Communication graduate (2018) Saoirse Suvari, took home the highly prestigious award for Best Student Book for Kurdish Freedom Fighter, which judges described as “an incredibly personal piece of work”. Saoirse took home a £500 cheque and the opportunity to complete an internship in the industry.
These awards recognise and acknowledge the excellence and craftsmanship of the British book design and production industry.
NCAD had 3 students shortlisted for the award, from a shortlist of 7, and Saoirse's success builds on last year's success where NCAD students and staff won awards.
