Press Release - Dublin City Learning Festival
The Dublin City Learning Festival is a collaborative project between Dublin City Council and NCAD, UCD, TCD, IADT and Marino Institute of Education.
The first Dublin Learning City Festival will take place from Monday 8 - Friday 12th April. The aim of this festival is to establish sustainable intergenerational learning communities in the city and to work towards becoming a Learning City, as defined by UNESCO.
As part of the Festival NCAD will host the following events:
- Perspectives on Irish Art Education: Chara Nagle, Monday 8th @ 12.30pm, Harry Clarke L.T.
- 1916 Bursaries Information Clinic, Monday 8th @ 4.30pm Harry Clarke Lecture Theatre
- No Place Like Home Screening, DIIF, Tuesday 9th @ 6pm Harry Clarke Lecture Theatre
- The Big Draw, Rialto Youth Project & NCAD, Wednesday 9th @ 4pm, F2 Centre, Rialto
- The Change Lab Exhibition & Seminar, Wednesday 9th @ 5.30pm, NCAD Gallery
