New Art and Design: New Responses
A roundtable discussion on NCAD’s Graduate Exhibition 2018
NCAD’s Graduate Exhibition 2018 offers more opportunities to see new ideas about art and design than any other exhibition in Ireland. But what do the exhibits tell us about emerging trends ? What are the obsessions and interests of a new generation of artists and designers? And what impact will they have on the world?
Students on the Visual Culture BA programme have invited critics to respond to the works on display in the Graduate Exhibition 2018. Kerry Guinan, Deborah Madden and Eoghan McIntyre will be in conversation at NCAD at 17.45 on Wednesday 13th June. In an open 'roundtable' discussion, they will share their thoughts on the works on display and what they tell us about the world in which we live.
This event is free and open to the public. Room 203 - the route will be signposted from the entrance on Thomas Street. No need to book. Refreshments will be served.
