Mark O’Kelly (b.1968) artist and educator based in Dublin Ireland. Head of the Painting Department, School of Fine Art, at the National College of Art and Design. Graduated from Slade School of Fine Art, University College London in 1992 and from the National College of Art and Design, Dublin in 1990. Current Member of the Council of the Arts Council of Ireland and Steering Committee Member of the PARADOX European Forum for Fine Art Education. http://paradoxfineartforum.com/
