The NCAD Conferring Ceremony will take place on Monday 20th November 2017 in O’Reilly Hall in UCD at 2.30pm.
Emails will be sent to all students due to be conferred (to your NCAD student email address). You need to respond to this email in order to confirm your attendance at the ceremony. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE OR NON-ATTENDANCE as soon as possible. If a graduand is unable to attend, your degree will be conferred in absentia and posted out in the weeks following the ceremony.
In November, each graduand who has confirmed their attendance will be posted two invitations for their guests along with the order of proceedings.
The ceremony will commence at 2.30pm but graduands are requested to register for their gowns between 11am and 1pm.
Guests will be able to take their seats in O’Reilly Hall from 1.30pm and should do so no later than half an hour before the ceremony commences.
There will be a reception in O’Reilly Hall for you and your guests after the event.
We hope you find this information helpful in making your conferring ceremony an enjoyable and memorable occasion for you and your guests. If you have any queries relating to the conferring ceremony please contact Cian McHugh at (01) 636 4211 or email@example.com
