Statement
My research interests lie in the area of visual communication – in particular but not restricted to – letterpress, book arts, typography and history of design. I also have a keen interest in all aspects of design education: course content and structure; assessment methods and criteria; teaching and learning strategies; the interrelationship between visual communication and the design industry
