NCAD Graduate Exhibition 2018

Students graduating from the National College of Art & Design this year will exhibit their work at the College’s annual Graduate Exhibition, which runs from Saturday, 9th June until Sunday, 17th June

NEW ART AND DESIGN: NEW RESPONSES
A roundtable discussion on NCAD’s Graduate Exhibition 2018
Wed 13 June, 5.45pm – 7.15pm

NCAD’s Graduate Exhibition 2018 offers more opportunities to see new ideas about art and design than any other exhibition in Ireland. But what do the exhibits tell us about emerging trends? What are the obsessions and interests of a new generation of artists and designers? And what impact will they have on the world?
Students on the Visual Culture BA programme have invited critics and commentators to respond to the works on display in the Graduate Exhibition 2018. In an open roundtable discussion, Kerry Guinan, Deborah Madden and Eoghan McIntyre will share their thoughts on the works on display and what they tell us about the world in which we live.
No need to book. Refreshments will be served.
Room 203, Second Floor Harry Clarke House. The route will be signposted from the entrance on Thomas Street.
