Photocopying

The Library offers a self-service photocopy facility. There are three photocopiers in the Library for readers' use, two black and white and one colour.

The copy card vending machine takes €2 coins. Please bring change.

One €2 card will print 30 black and white copies or 3 colour copies (3 A4 or 2 A3 and 1A4). The same card can be used on either machine.

Users are requested to ask for help at the issue desk if they require assistance when using the photocopiers.

Only approved brands of acetate may be used on the Library copiers, (please ask for details at the Issue Desk). Some types of acetate are prone to melt in the machines, causing severe damage.

These machines are not to be used for experimental photocopying!

All copying must be done in accordance with current copyright legislation.

There are two scanners located in the photocopying area. Use is free of charge. However, as there is no printing facility on these machines, users must bring their own memory stick or disk.
