Part-time courses in art and design
Continuing Education at NCAD provides a range of part-time courses in art and design in the evening, at weekends, summer and winter. Autumn courses commence in October and run until March usually one night a week. Summer courses take place in the daytime in June and July each year.
CEAD provides an extensive range of credit and non-credit courses for students who are interested in returning to third level and want to progress. Certificate and Diploma courses are also available on a part-time basis. Students interested in brushing up their knowledge of art and design either at an introductory or intermediate level are catered for, while experienced, committed practitioners can attend workshops. CEAD open day where students can find out more about courses and meet with tutors takes place on March 1st.
Continuing Education courses include: drawing approaches, drawing and visual research methods, building a port-folio, printmaking, studies in painting, sculptural processes, jewellery design, ceramics, creative embroidery, textile printing, stained glass, photography and digital imaging.
Easter Courses 2008
Easter courses 2008 will take place on the 18-19 March and the 26-27-28 March, 10am-4pm Daily.
