NUI Post Graduate Diploma in Community Arts Education, Post Graduate DiplomaCAEd

Continuing Education in conjunction with the Faculty of Education, also provide a Post Graduate Diploma in Community, Arts, Education. This course is for students who already have a Degree or equivalent, and are interested in developing their understanding of the processes involved in collaborative and contextual practice. Students are introduced, to theories underpinning community arts, the diversity of approaches and models of practice that exist. As part of their professional practice, students undertake a placement, learn how to develop a professional proposal and undertake research into issues concerned with practice.
