Brian McGinn - Graduate Profile
Brian graduated with a Bachelor of Design in 1996, from the Ceramics, Glass and Metals Department (formally known as Craft Design). Brian’s specialisation was in Metals. After 4 years of various design jobs, Brian returned to do his MA, graduating again in 2002.
He used the 2nd year MA period to develop his bespoke eyewear collection. This has resulted in Brian linking up with Insight Opticians who retail a small range of high-fashion eyewear, leaving Brian the opportunity to both undertake bespoke commissions and to exhibit at the Major European Eyewear Exhibition in Paris.
